ผมเคยได้ยิน ดร.ณรงค์ชัย อัครเศรณี คุยเรื่องนี้
และพยายามขับเคลื่อนเรื่องนี้ภายใต้องค์กร สบร. หรือ OKMD
แต่เท่าที่ติดตามเป็นเรื่องกายคุยโก้ ๆ ซะเป็นส่วนใหญ่
สบร. ไม่มีผลงานอะไรเป็นชิ้นเป็นอัน ขณะที่ใช้เงินงบประมาณของประเทศไปอย่างหมดเปลือง
ผมว่าจะเขียนถึงองค์กรนี่สักคราวครับ

เท่าที่ผมเห็นข่าวของรัฐบาล ดูแล้วคราวนี้น่าจะเอาจริงนะครับ เพราะมีการขานรับจากหลาย ๆ ฝ่ายรวมทั้งภาคการศึกษาจะมีการวางแผนพัฒนาหลักสูตรเพื่อสนับสนุนการสร้างบุคลากรอีกด้วย
และสำหรับตัวมอยู่ในภาคอุตสาหกรรม S/W ซึ่งตรงกับเรื่องนี้พอดี และก็พยายามช่วยตัวเองขับเคลื่อนองค์กรให้ยืนอยู่ในทิสทางนี้ และก็ดูว่าจะมีผลดีครับ

ผมเพียงเห็นว่ามีการพูดคุยเรื่องนี้มาต้ังแต่รัฐบาลนี้เริ่มทำงาน จนป่านนี้แล้วยังไม่เห็นมีอะไรเป็นรูปธรรม นอกจากการคุยแล้วคุยอีก แต่หากจะดำเนินการจริง ๆ ก็ยินดีด้วยครับ
มีประสบการณ์เรื่องทำนองนี้ขอแบ่งปันเป็นความรู้หน่อยนะครับ

เรียนคุณหนานเกียรติ
ผมกำลังจะจัดงานสัมมนาของ Ph.D.3 SSRU ซึ่งผมกำลังเรียนอยู่เรื่อง "Creative Economy" และเป็นข้อสอบที่ผมตอบได้ดีพอสมควรตาม Blog ก่อนหน้านี้(ลองอ่านดู) และรุ่นผมเรียนเชิญท่านนายก มาเป็นประธานและมีผู้ร่วมอีกมายมายเช่น อาจารย์จีระ หงส์ลดารมภ์ คุณสุรินทร์ ผิศสุวรรณ(เลขาอาเชี่ยน) อธิการบดีของม.สวนสุนันทา อธิการบดีของแสตมฟอร์ด รับมนตรีกระทรวงศึกษา เป็นต้น(ผมจะแจ้งให้ทราบถ้าสำเร็จ) และขณะที่ผมเตรียมการนั้น ผมต้องไปนำเสนอโครงการและทราบว่าทางมหาวิทยาลัยต่าง ๆ มีแผนพัฒนาบุคลากร(นักศึกษา)อีกด้วย
นอกจากนี้ผมยังอยู่ในธุรกิจ IT ซึ่งนายกสมาคม IT นำเอกสารข้างต้นเรื่อง "Creative Thailand Commitments" มาให้ผมและบอกว่าผมดำเนินการเรื่องที่ In Trend จริง ๆ เพราะเขาทราบจากผมมาก่อนจะไปประชุม(เขาบอกว่าคึกคักมาก ๆ) และที่ประชุม(กระทรวงพาณิชย์)ก็มีงบประมาณส่งเสริมมากอีกด้วย ซึ่งทั้งนี้ก็เพราะงบประมาณกำลังจะผ่านวุฒิสภาเร็ว ๆ นี้
สรุปตามความคิดเห็นของผมก็คือ "ถ้ามาช้าก็ยังดีกว่าไม่มา(ดีกว่าที่เราต้องต่อสู้เองทุก ๆ เรื่อง)"นะครับ
