I would say.............(Conspiracy theory?) "We couldn't sell things to them.  But, we would have a chance of selling our precious high tech weapon to one of them................... to save the world and promote peace (ha)..........and they would give me a "Noeel Peace Prize without any public scepticism." (Ha Ha Ha, in fact, the committee has already given it to me)
