Very good discussion; challenges change depending on the day of the week for me;
Here is how I rank our enterprise challenges –
    Leadership – who is in charge of KM and have they put anything in writing
    Processes – what are the knowledge processes that best fit our culture and how do we move those processes into the everyday business
    Learning – how do we systematically share, collaborate and learn continuously to increase our performance
So those would be my three big buckets with multiply challenges in each.
In a personal challenge list it would be
      Measurement
      Measurement
      Measurement

My doctorial work is around how knowledge drives performance, so I have become obsessed with linking business balance score cards to communities of practice charters to measure increases in performance – that’s the one that keeps me up at night.
