ผมมาถึงพนมเปญแล้วตั้งแต่วันอาทิตย์ วันจันทร์เริ่มงานทุนมนุษย์ 5 วัน ในสาขาการท่องเที่ยว รายละเอียด ผมเล่าให้ฟังแล้วใน http://gotoknow.org/blog/chiraacademy/265488 -ในขณะที่ในกรุงเทพมีแต่เรื่อง ขัดแย้งกันร้ายแรง แต่ในกรุงพนมเปญไม่มีอะไรผิดปกติ -โครงการนี้ อาจจะเล็กๆ แต่มูลนิธิพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ระหว่างประเทศได้ทำงานต่อเนื่องมาเป็นครั้งที่ 9 แล้ว แสดงว่าระดับประชาชนด้วยกันไม่มีปัญหา ปัญหาคือระดับการเมือง ศ.ดร.จีระ หงส์ลดารมภ์
