It seems once again that rice growers and farmers are beong asked to look at themselves and improve their behaviour or farming practices (in short -- they are blamed for the country's problems).

Should rice growers counter this with suggestions to government and officials 'how they should conduct "services to the people"? I believe it is time rice growers and farmers stand up and set their own "code of behavior or conduct". What do you think?
