ต้มยำ
ส่วนประกอบทุกอย่างเหมือนแกงเลียง เพิ่มมะเขือเทศและใบมะกรูดแต่ไม่ใส่ใบแมงลัก
เครื่องปรุง 1.มะขาม 2.มะนาว 3.เกลือ หรือน้ำตาลเล็กน้อย
2. ปะเภทผัด
ทำเหมือนอาหารผัดทั่วไปแต่เปลี่ยนส่วนประกอบเป็นผักฤทธิ์เย็น ผัดกับน้ำแทนน้ำมัน ใส่น้ำมันเมื่อต้องการปรับสมดุล
3. ประเภทน้ำพริก
น้ำพริกอ่อง
ส่วนประกอบและวิธีทำ 1.มะเขือเทศคั่วใส่น้ำเปล่าเล็กน้อยจนเปื่อย 2.คั่วหอมและพริกหรือไม่ใส่ก็ได้ 3.เต้าหู้แผ่น (หรือไม่ใส่ก็ได้) ปรุงรสด้วยเกลือน้ำตาล ส่วนน้ำพริกอื่นๆก็ทำคล้ายๆกัน

I am doing okay. School is quite busy. Study study study....
I just passed my exam on cardiology (it was on Monday). phew!
The next exam will be on the respiratory system in a few weeks.
I saw the pictures of your health fair. What a great turnout! It looked like a great event. Great job!! I think I will stay at school and study this weekend ka. Try to get ahead. I can't go to the wat on Sunday though, because I will be volunteering at the Chicago Marathon. I will come home next week at least for a little bit though to see you guys and my sister.

เวลาได้ยินคุณแม่ และเพื่อนๆที่เมืองไทย เล่าให้ฟังว่าไปเข้าค่ายกับหมอเขียว และเอาความรู้มาแนะนำให้เจนได้ทำตาม เจนก็คิดมาตลอดว่า คนที่อยู่เมืองไทยโชคดีจังเลยที่ได้ไปปฏิบัติและได้รับความรู้ดีดี หวังเอาไว้ว่าวันหนึ่งจะไปเข้าค่ายฝึกปฏิบัติกับหมอเขียวบ้าง วันนี้ไม่คิดว่าหมอเขียวจะมาไกลถึงชิคาโกทีเดียว หากมีชุมชนคนไทยขนาดใหญ่อย่างชิคาโกในแวนคูเวอร์ ก็คงดีมากเลยนะคะ คงได้มีโอกาสเชิญท่านมาให้ความรู้และพาฝึกปฏิบัติอย่างชิคาโก

I just signed up for my Step 1 boards exam that I will take at the end of the year. It cost $560. I charged that to the Mileage Visa. I also signed up for a review course today on my own credit card ($700).
Wow medical school is pricey!

Happy Father's Day to literally - the best dad in the world.!!! You are an amazing person and the best dad a daughter could hope for. I know we haven't seen each other much during the school year, but I'm really glad to be home so that I can spend time with you this summer. You've taught me to be a better person- through meditation retreats, studying hard in school, not procrastinating, not collecting junk in the house (hahaha), and just so much more. I strive for my goals in life because I know that you and mom believe in me and will support me in whatever I do, and love and belief in someone like that is rare. From when we were little, you've been encouraging us to do our best in school, to excel in sports, and to have fun with music.
It's experiences like these that have made me more well-rounded person who knows that practice and dedication are necessary to do well. Thanks for all your advice throughout the years and your help, from times to geometry to applying to schools. A simple card like this couldn't describe even a millionth of the things you done for me, and even less accurately puts into words my love for you.
